MIXED VEG FRIED RICE
Rice is fried in refined oil & then boiled in salted water. vegetables are added in layers of rice. incase of chinese style fried rice, soya sauce ,pepper powder & ajinamoto is used.
Same as plain pulao without aatar flavour.
White coloured pulao garnished with fresh green peas.
Boiled basmoti rice flavoured with lime juice. tempered with asafoetida, fenugreek, cumin & currypata.
Boiled rice (basmoti) tempered with jeera.
Same preparation like mutton biriyani only mutton is replaced by carrot, capsicum, beens, cauliflower,potato.
